If you are unable to visit us in-store, we can arrange for your repairs to be collected and delivered by UPS. You will still receive the same dedicated service and consultation that we pride ourselves on. Order before 5th December 2018 to guarantee delivery by Christmas.
For our collection and delivery service, simply parcel the shoes you wish to be repaired and follow instructions below:
1. Once your shoes are securely parcelled, input your email address and contact details* in the Message field.
*Required contact details: Name, Contact Number & Postal Address for collection.
2. We will then email you a UPS label to be printed off and affixed to your parcel.
3. Once we have received your shoes, we will contact you by phone for a consultation on the best way to restore your much-loved shoes.

There is a charge of £10* to collect and deliver your shoe repairs via our UPS service (*within Great Britain; please enquire for overseas collection and delivery charges).
Alternatively, you are welcome to use a postal service of your choice when sending your shoes to us.
